Patient Satisfaction
Why should
patient satisfaction be important to you?
Patient
satisfaction surveys and scores tell us (and you) how well we take
care of our patients. High patient satisfaction scores indicate we
are doing an excellent job of listening to patients and their
families.
St. John’s Clinic
ranks first in the nation in patient satisfaction among the largest
multi-specialty clinics, according to a recent Press Ganey survey of
60 clinics with more than 100 physicians.
The clinic’s focus on patient satisfaction during the past two years
had a positive impact with scores increasing each quarter - an
unprecedented rise.
To provide the
services our community needs and to deliver the quality care
expected from one of the nation’s top clinics, St. John’s Clinic
continues to annually recruit dozens of new physicians to southwest
Missouri.
