Defeating a nicotine addiction is not something that happens overnight.  It takes time and it takes a process.  Our highly-successful program takes an integrative approach to helping you quit including stress/anxiety management.  Our powerful Road to Freedom program provides you with a variety of tools, resources and the support  you need to succeed!

St John's offers two programs:

Road to Freedom tobacco cessation open to anyone. Contact 417-820-9459.

Smoke Free Babies program for expectant moms.  Contact 417-820-9459. 

Program Resources:

  • Not pharmaceutical driven.

  • Self-help kit with dozens of valuable tips and tools to help you quit.

  • Auricular therapy treatments provide electrical stimulation to the ears (no needles involved) to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce stress.

  • Therapeutic massage improves circulatory and nervous system health.

  • Biofeedback therapy helps reduce anxiety and stress.

  • Individualized coaching and telephone follow up for ongoing support.

  • Tobacco cessation is linked to higher productivity, better health and reduced absenteeism.
