Campaign for HospiceCare 

Our dedicated team of nurses, home health aides, social workers, chaplains, therapists, volunteers and physicians, empower patients to live their final days with dignity and comfort while providing guidance and emotional support to their families.  It is our mission to provide the best care possible.

 In the spirit of giving and remembrance, we invite you to join us and help touch the lives of our patients and their families with a gift to the Lights of Love campaign. Gifts to the Lights of Love campaign help us by providing financial resources needed to support the personalized comfort and care we extend to our terminally ill patients and their families. This annual campaign has become a tradition for many of us as we honor or memorialize someone special.   

Contributions to the Lights of Love campaign enhance core services for the nearly 640 patients and families we serve each year. Support from this campaign helps provide many essential services including:

• Personal supplies such as lap robes, quilts, care baskets, Bibles and memory boxes for pediatric patients.
   

• Educational assistance and materials for caregivers.
   

• Medical supplies including care pendant monitors and specialty medical equipment.
   

• Music therapy provided through ‘Harps for the Heart’ – a program requested by many patients and families.

Working together, we fulfill the scope of our mission and touch the lives of individuals who have entrusted us. Every gift, no matter the amount, makes a difference. Gifts given to the Lights of Love campaign will be recognized with a gold holiday ornament. For those making contributions of $250 or more, you will receive a crystal ornament engraved with an inscription of your choice.
